With Pat Shaner moving to other ventures, Tim Shaner, ATP, CRTS and Dave Namehas, ATP, CRTS continue the RSS legacy with decades of experience and dedication. Mike Shaner brings a diverse background and a strong work ethic to his role as Wheelchair Technician at Rehab Support Systems. Originally part of the team from 2005 to 2007, Mike returned in 2024, bringing with him valuable experience from sales roles in real estate and Verizon Wireless.
Today, Mike is responsible for building customized wheelchairs, managing inventory and warehouse workflow, handling equipment returns, and ensuring quality assurance across all equipment. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality products to patients.
Outside of work, Mike is a devoted husband and proud father of two exceptionally bright children who consistently earn academic awards and recognition.
Luis first joined Rehab Support Systems in 2018 and returned in 2022, bringing back his dedication and hands-on expertise. In his role as Wheelchair Technician, Luis is responsible for assembling customized wheelchairs and ensuring that all delivery vehicles are properly maintained and ready for safe, reliable use.
In addition to his work at RSS, Luis is actively training to become an ambulance operator for San Bernardino County Fire, further demonstrating his passion for service and community care.

Hector Toledo joined Rehab Support Systems in 2025, bringing with him a strong background in hands-on service and logistics. As a Wheelchair Technician, he is responsible for building customized wheelchairs and managing warehouse receiving, playing a key role in ensuring patients receive the equipment they need with accuracy and care.
Before joining RSS, Hector spent 17 years as a delivery driver, gaining extensive experience in transportation and customer service. He also owns and operates a mobile detailing business, has provided janitorial services for over 15 years, and has worked as a personal driver for the past 5 years.
Hector’s diverse work history reflects his dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic—qualities that make him a valuable member of the RSS team.
